The Seiko Lassale is an ultra-thin 1980s luxury dress watch manufactured in April 1983. Originally founded as an independent Swiss ultra-flat watchmaker, Jean Lassale was acquired by Seiko in 1979 and relaunched as Seiko's premier sub-brand for high-end, ultra-slim quartz timepieces. This reference features a two-tone design with a brushed stainless steel body and integrated flat-link tapered bracelet, complemented by a gold-tone step bezel and a black cabochon crown. The centerpiece is its dark charcoal dial, decorated with a repeating geometric optical pattern, applied gold stick indices, and pencil hands. It is powered by the 6-jewel Seiko Caliber 7750 quartz movement—engineered by Seiko's Daini division specifically for low-profile dress cases.
