Casio pre-Oceanus Ref. AW-502

A classic early-1990s hybrid, the Casio AW-502 represents an important piece of Casio's marine watch history within the early Oceanus family. Long before Oceanus was re-established in 2004 as Casio's standalone premium solar/radio-controlled line, the name originated in the late 1980s and early 1990s as a series of ocean-inspired sports and dress divers. While certain regional variants had "Oceanus" printed on the dial, other production runs-like this reference-shared the exact same case construction.
